Areas of expertise:
In addition to a classical activity in company law (incorporation, legal follow-up, long-term financing operations) and law of contract (licences, distribution, leases, etc.), he has gained acknowledged expertise in:
- mergers & acquisitions (external growth, spin-offs): audits, letters of intention, conveyancing agreements, asset and liability guarantees, etc.,
-
LBO (acquisitions or transfers): audits, issuance of complex securities, shareholders’ pacts, management packages, senior or mezzanine debt, etc.,
-
stock exchange law: IPO, prospectus, public offers, follow up and holding of General Meetings, buyout programmes, issuance of securities, etc.,
- company restructuring: mergers, demergers.


Clients include:
Industrial and services companies, some of which are listed, as well as for investment funds and managers.


Languages:
Fluent English.

Qualifications include:

- Master’s degree (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE), the
Jean Moulin Faculty of Law, University of Lyon III.


Work experience:

He joined DELSOL Avocats in 1993. Amaury is the Chairman of our firm’s board.


Lecturing:
Lectures within the scope of the Master 2 "Droit et Ingénierie financière" at the University of Lyon III.
