Frédéric SUBRA, aged 42 ans, is co-leader of the “Tax Law” department in Lyon.

Areas of expertise:
- classical career in Tax Law (recurrent advice and dispute follow-up), - taxation in relation to mergers & acquisitions and more generally company restructuring and conveyancing,
company group taxation (tax integration, world consolidation),
- tax audits, on settlement of accounts or on purchasing,
- international taxation,
on the establishment of foreign companies in France or French companies abroad, during secondments, expatriations or impatriations,
- asset taxation (within the scope of French or foreign systems).
Clients include :
Industrial and services companies and for individuals.

Fluent English.

Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE)  Jean Moulin Faculty of Law, University of Lyon 3.
- Specialist certificate in Tax Law.

Work experience:
Before joining DELSOL Avocats in 2006,  Frédéric was a partner in Cabinet Quadratur in Lyon after being a  lawyer with Landwell and Paul Hastings in Paris. Frédéric is a member of our firm’s board.

Membership of organisations:
- Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux; and
- the association Lyon Place Financière et Tertiaire.

Contributions to major publications of the tax or economic press.
