Stéphane PERRIN, aged 50, is co-leader of the Business "Litigation" department in Paris.

Areas of expertise :
Pre-contentious and contentious situations relating to :

- economic law: anti-competitive behaviour and restrictive trade practice, unfair or parasitic competition, price-fixing and sales promotion schemes, etc.,
- commercial law, sales and distribution agreements,

- product liability law in relation to industrial companies,

- intellectual property and new technology law: breach of copyright, infringement of trademarks, designs and models,  domain name rights, software, etc.,

- insolvency law.

Clients include:
French and international companies in the chemical, agrochemical and health industries.

Fluent English.

Qualifications include:

- Registered with the Bar of Paris since 1989,
- DEA in Intellectual Property (Universities of Paris XI and Paris II),
- Graduate from the Institut d’Études Judiciaires of the Faculty of Law of Paris-II.

Work experience:

Stéphane joined DELSOL Avocats in January 2011. Before that, he was a lawyer at the law firms DS Avocats (Paris) and Dubarry, Servan Schreiber & Weil (Paris then Brussels), then as a partner with SCP Flambard & Partners, before creating his own firm (1997-2004). In 2005 he merged with the NGO, MIGUERES & Partners where he remained a partner until the founders separated in 2010.

Senior lecturer in private law at the Universities of Paris-XI and Paris-II.
