Aurélie CARLIER is of counsel with the "Not-for-profit organisations" department in Paris.

Apart from providing not-for-profit organisations (associations, foundations, unions, cooperatives etc.) with the usual legal and tax advice, she has developed special expertise in the following areas:

- organising and accompanying one-off or recurring corporate sponsorship operations, more especially in the context of the creation of corporate funds and foundations,

- real estate problems, structuring real estate projects and property asset management, in particular on behalf of establishments in the health, social and medicosocial sectors.

Aurélie's main clients are associations, foundations, health and medicosocial establishments and companies.  

At 36 years of age, Aurélie CARLIER has a DESS in Business and tax law, a DJCE (Diplôme de juriste conseil en entreprise - in house legal counsel diploma) from the University of Nancy II, and a Specialist Diploma in tax law from the University of Montpellier. 

She started her career in 2003 with the Delcluze Paris company and tax law department before joining our firm for the first time. Aurélie remained with us for three and a half years, and dealt with company and tax law matters for companies and for not-for-profit organisations. After spending some time with Bignon Lebray, she joined Aklea as a senior associate in the Corporate sponsorship, foundations and associations department, before rejoining our "Not-for-profit organisations" department in Paris in September 2012. 

Aurélie works regularly with the Juris Associations journal and organises training sessions for the Revue Fiduciaire and Dalloz groups.
