Gilles VERMONT is an of counsel lawyer working in the « Litigation and dispute resolution » department, in the Paris office. 

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002 and has gained extensive experience in the following fields: 

Corporate litigation and pre-litigation: litigations related to M&A transactions, relations between shareholders, or the liability of legal representatives,

Commercial litigation: restrictive practices and dominant positions, unfair competition and passing off, distribution law, 

Product liability and industrial risks,

Insolvency proceedings.


He advises a broad array of French and international industrial, commercial and services companies.

He has a perfect working knowledge of English and French.

Gilles VERMONT, who is 37 years old, graduated with a postgraduate degree in general private law « DEA » from Tours University and obtained a final postgraduate diploma for the administration of companies (DESS CAAE) from the Institute for the Administration of Companies (IAE) of Tours.

Before joining the « Litigation and dispute resolution » department of DELSOL Avocats early 2011, he worked for five years as associate with a law firm specialising in product liability and industrial risks. He then joined NGO MIGUERES & Associés in Paris, a firm with an international reach, until its founders split in 2010.
