Henri-Louis DELSOL is co-leader of the « Corporate law – Mergers & Acquisitions » department in the Paris office.

Admitted to both the Paris bar and the New-York bar, he has gained renowned experience in the following fields:

acquisitions, sales and restructurings (mergers, partial contribution of assets, LBO’s, etc.),

stock exchange transactions (more particularly takeover bids and bond issues),

raising of capital amongst business angels, financial and industrial investors,

- implementation of gain sharing mechanisms for employees and company directors (management packages),

cross-border transactions, more specifically transatlantic transactions, either for the account of French companies wishing to set up in the United States or American companies wishing to invest in Europe. 

Aged 36, Henri-Louis DELSOL is a graduate of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University where he obtained a Masters degree in Business law, and Aix-Marseille 3 University, where he obtained a postgraduate vocational degree in International Business law (DESS-DJCE). He also has a Masters degree (LL.M) in Business law from Georgetown University (Washington D.C, USA).  

He worked for four years with Bredin Prat and joined DELSOL Avocats early 2010.  

His assistance is mainly dedicated to the sale of industrial groups and LBO’s. 

In the area of stock exchange and securities law, he regularly works on M&A transactions for a host of listed companies and deals with takeover bids and bond issues.
He equally provides assistance to companies wishing to raise capital funds, particularly in the biotech, robotics and digital sectors (e.g. the Silicon Sentier incubator in Paris). 

Henri-Louis DELSOL has a perfect working knowledge of French and English.

He has published several articles, more particularly an article on Representations and Warranties (Actes Pratiques, revue Droit des Sociétés, Jurisclasseur, etc.), and intervenes as speaker at EFE seminars for corporate lawyers on the theme of « The sale, acquisition and restructuring of businesses».
