The department can advise at all stages during the life and development of not-for-profit organisations; in particular on: - creation of social structures (foundations, associations, endowment funds, employment unions, cooperatives, mutual insurance companies, etc.), - monitoring their performance, - implementation of reorganisation, restructuring and development strategies, - restructuring: mergers, demergers, partial business transfers, etc., - the division into sectors or spin-offs of commercial activities, - legal, company and tax audits, - the management of relations between employers – employees – voluntary workers, - relations with governmental departments and local authorities, - contracts, - the management of internal disputes, - the management of administrative, social, tax disputes, etc., - winding up and liquidation, - insolvency, - corporate philanthropy and sponsorship.
With its unique and historical experience, the « Not-for-profit organisations» department relies on a team of some 15 lawyers, which is the largest team in France.
