Frédéricque MILOTIC is the co-leader of the Paris office « Company law – Mergers-acquisitions » department.
In addition to the usual mergers-acquisitions operations (external growth, capital development, LBO), she has developed acknowledged expertise in structured financing: loan agreements, bonds with warrants, subordination agreements, ranking agreements, securities etc.
She works principally with financial institutions: banks, investment funds and mezzanine lenders, on the following operations:
- private equity,
- capital investment,
- corporate restructuring,
- leveraged operations.
She is fluent in English.
At 43 years of age, Frédéricque MILOTIC has a DESS in Business Law and Tax, and is a graduate of the Institut de Droit des affaires (University of Paris II - Assas).
She began her career as an associate with Arthur Andersen International, before moving on to deal with legal matters for the social housing group, SOLENDI.
Before joining DELSOL Avocats as a partner at the beginning of 2012, she spent 13 years with the firm ORSAY, with 11 years as a partner. She created ORSAY’s acquisition financing department. |
