Anne-Sophie FRANC is an of counsel lawyer in the « Not-for-profit organisations » department in the Lyon office. 

In addition to the standard counsel provided to the main players in the social solidarity economy sector (associations, foundations etc), she has gained renowned expertise in the fields of:

-the legal, tax and assets management aspects surrounding the formation, organisation, restructuring and merger of not-for-profit organisations,

-the legal and tax regime for health institutions, social institutions and health and welfare institutions (rates, formation of GCS’s and GCSM’s )

-litigation relative to the internal management of health and health and welfare institutions or in relation to their business.


More particularly her work involves providing assistance to mutual funds, social insurance bodies, health care institutions and homes for the elderly, the disabled or children in difficulty. 

Anne-Sophie FRANC, who is 39 years old, is a graduate of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, where she obtained a postgraduate degree in business law (DEA). She began her career in 1999 with Lamy & Associés in Lyon ; she went on to work for Sofiral (member of the Fiducial group) and Quadratur, before joining the « Not-for-profit organisations » department of DELSOL Avocats in Lyon, in May 2005. 

She lectures at IFROSS (a training and research institute for health and social insurance bodies) and is vice president of the « Not-for-profit organisation law » commission at the Lyon Bar.
