The « Professional Practices” department offers advice to the members of professions (mainly health professionals) on tax, legal and employment issues, at all stages of their careers.
The department advises on the following:
- tax: tax returns, tax assessments and auditing, tax and asset planning, tax inspections, dealings with the Approved Associations and government services,
- assistance in employment matters: work contracts, wages, employee contributions, employee relations,
- setting up of legal entities: non-trading companies, professional practices, partnership agreements, contracts with clinics, etc.,
- transfers of firms and clients.
The “Professional Practices” department is headed by a partner: Michel DUQUAIRE.
Also available to advise you are a team of 3 “paralegal” employees.
